This fascinating hand-drawn concept advert was most probably produced by a commercial artist following a request by the advertising division at IBM. Sadly it is unsigned and I am yet to work out if they went ahead with the design or not, but it has a great look overall.
The image dates to the 1960s, the golden age of data processing and has been created by paint with applied coloured circles and lettering. Lines around the outside suggest is was previously mounted and would look nice framed.
