This is a second edition copy of John Von Newmann & Oskar Morgenstern’s classic book ‘Theory of Games & Economic Behaviour’. First published in 1944 this book became the ground breaking text for Game Theory.
This copy is very much for someone who would like an early example of this highly sought after book on their shelf but without the deep pockets for a first mint edition. Stamps on the outside show this copy was the property of the Royal Statistical Society and as such has been well used. The spine has been replaced sadly in the past and the boards are bumped, but the pages are clean, tight and complete. It has previous owner’s stamps on the frontispiece page.
