The WM-33 of 1987 was a good entry level Walkman from Sony. The Graphic Equaliser appealed to the 1980s listener who loved the novelty and the improved motor gave a smoother playback than most of their competitors. The keen audiophile would replace the mediocre headphones that came with it pretty quickly, but the WM-33 sold well at the time and remain a popular choice among collectors. The use of Red and Black was a popular contrast at the time and remains a desirable machine and colour for collectors.
This example retains its belt clip and comes in its original box. It has some wear to the paintwork but is not bad overall. Sadly it is missing its headphones.
