This listing is for a rare little evaluation unit Sony Walkman Sports cassette player, model WM-45 from 1986. This came to me indirectly from a US management ex-employee and is marked ‘Not for Sale’ and unit ’63’. Because it is numbered I’m pretty sure this was a final evaluation unit before signing off for full scale commercial production. Cosmetically it is in very good condition and plays fine on all buttons. The earphone jack can be a bit intermittent and crackly so could do with cleaning. It comes with its original headphones which appear to be working on one side only.
